The following text is my Terms of Service relating to non-commercial commission work.

General Information;
- The commission presented is a digital piece/item, consisting of a personalized illustration, which will be sent to the email provided by the commissioner.
- Commissions can not be altered after the final piece has been sent. (Exceptions can be made.)
- You may be contacted with periodic updates on the progress of the illustration.
- The progress images will be of lower quality than the final image.
- Graphical styling and editing are allowed, but the illustration itself must not be given to third parties to be edited or modified. (Exceptions can be made, asking is recommended.)
- It's completely prohibited to feed the illustration to AI databases.
- The artwork will not be published publicly unless requested by the commissioner, and in that case, the illustration will be published with an anti-AI filter over it.
- Refunds can be requested before the illustration is completed, in case I can't refund at that moment, I'll be at the commissioners' service until the refund is possible.Usage Policy;
- The copyright of the illustration is held by the commissioner; in the case of fan-related art, the rights will be of the holder of the original copyright.
- Commercial use is allowed in certain circumstances, such as usage for videos, images, and general streaming (the image is not sold or accessible directly to a third party), and personal use is generally allowed.
